Job Overview We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join our team. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our guests while ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable environment. This position requires individuals who are passionate about customer service and can thrive in a fast-paced setting. Responsibilities Provide outstanding guest services, ensuring that every visitor has a positive experience. Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly, maintaining a balanced cash drawer. Assist in managing conflicts with guests effectively and professionally. Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized work area. Ability to take ownership of assigned responsibilities with minimal oversight Engage with children and families, creating a friendly atmosphere that encourages repeat visits. Utilize public speaking skills to communicate effectively with guests during events or presentations. Support food service operations by preparing and serving food items as needed. Participate in events management, helping to coordinate activities that enhance guest experiences. Uphold hospitality standards by being attentive to guests' needs and responding promptly to inquiries. Wipe down counters, equipment, and prep areas regularly. Follow food safety and hygiene standards. Take out trash and clean spills promptly. Work as a team with other crew members and management. Adapt to changing tasks (you might be asked to switch between usher and concessions as needed). Restock snacks, drinks, napkins, and other items. Check and monitor stock levels during shifts. Rotate inventory and report low stock to management. Refill supplies like paper towels or toilet paper in restrooms. Experience Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred but not required. Skills in cash handling and conflict management are highly valued. Experience working with children or in theater settings is a plus, enhancing your ability to engage with diverse audiences.
