Job Description
New Albany Country Club is currently accepting resumes for Golf Bag Drop and Cart Attendants.
Pay Rate:
$11.00 hour plus tips Currently looking for individuals who are able to work on Saturdays. Provide excellent customer service to members and their guests. Tasks include but are not limited to:Primary Duties:
Carrying golf bags from the parking lot to bag drop- no member should have to carry their clubs from their car to their golf cart. Cleaning clubs before and after each round of play
- each club is to be cleaned after play to prepare for the next round of golf. If a club isn't clean when you get the golf bag loaded on the cart, clean it then. Washing golf carts thoroughly and removing trash from golf carts after each use. Maintaining the driving range
- this includes picking the range, washing golf balls, and stocking the range throughout the day. Setting up for special events and golf outings. Cleaning restrooms and employee work areas
- general upkeep of all Outdoor Operation areas is a priority.
Qualifications:
Must possess a strong work ethic, a team-first attitude, and enjoy working outside in all types of weather. Must be able to verbally communicate with members, managers, and co-workers.Work Attire:
Khaki slacks or skirt worn with a black belt, club-issued golf shirt, club-issued hat (optional), and black athletic shoes. No visible logos other than the NACC club logo are permitted.Requirements:
Must be 16 years of age with a valid driver's license. Must be able to stand for multiple hours at a time and/or lift up to but not limited to 40 lbs. Familiar with the game and rules of golf. Be available to work, on average, a minimum of three shifts a week. Flexible availability (early mornings, late nights, weekends).Benefits:
Employee meals while on duty. Staff uniform. Golf play and practice privileges- must be approved by a supervisor.
