Full Job Description Position Summary:
Westwood Country Club is seeking a dependable and proactive Halfway House Attendant to support our golf course operations. This position includes bartending, restocking, and light food prep. It's ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, takes pride in cleanliness and organization, and provides a friendly, welcoming experience to our members.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve beverages, including beer, wine, and premixed cocktails, in accordance with Ohio liquor laws Prepare and serve light food items such as grilled items and snacks Restock beverages, snacks, condiments, and supplies throughout the day Maintain a clean and sanitary work area, including counters, equipment, and outdoor seating areas Operate the pointofsale system and handle transactions accurately Monitor inventory and communicate restocking needs Follow opening and closing procedures Work independently and proactively—anticipate needs and take initiative
Requirements:
Must be at least 21 years old and eligible to serve alcohol in the state of Ohio Prior food service or bartending experience preferred Friendly, positive, and professional demeanor Excellent attention to cleanliness and detail Selfmotivated and able to work without direct supervision Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs Reliable transportation and ability to work evening and weekends Why Join Westwood Country Club?
