Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service to ensure an enjoyable experience on the courts Manage court reservations, check-in procedures, and handle cash or electronic payments accurately Oversee court maintenance, including setting up nets, cleaning surfaces, and ensuring equipment is in top condition Enforce rules and regulations to promote fair play, safety, and respectful interactions among players Address guest inquiries promptly, resolve conflicts diplomatically, and escalate issues when necessary Assist with event management such as tournaments or group activities to enhance community engagement Maintain a safe environment by monitoring court usage and responding swiftly to any safety concerns or emergencies Qualifications Proven experience in customer service, guest services, or hospitality roles with a lively, positive attitude Strong conflict management skills to handle disputes or misunderstandings effectively Background in events management or coordinating group activities is a plus Previous lifeguard experience or certifications demonstrating safety awareness and emergency response skills Working knowledge of food service or resort operations is advantageous Ability to communicate confidently through public speaking or team interactions Experience working with children or in recreational settings enhances your ability to connect with diverse guests Join us as a Pickleball Attendant and be part of an energetic team dedicated to creating fun-filled experiences!
