Job Description

Overview:
To facilitate activities for Guests in a professional and memorable manner.
Responsibilities:
Demonstrate commitment to making a conscientious effort to eliminate or reduce the risk of injury to our guests and employee partners, damage to our property or the property of others. Know the correct action to take in the event of anemergency, anddemonstrate this knowledge by acting appropriately in the event of an emergency. Know and share information about the resort and activities, demonstrate this knowledge by accurately communicating daily events, hours of operation and resort/activity information to our guests and employee partners Maintain a basic knowledge of operations in activities departments. Maintain the ability to check the daily schedule in Activities Software applications. Set up and maintain archery, paintball and bicycle rental activities and facilitate archery, paintball and bicycle activities.
Maintain cleanliness of activity areasincluding:
trash removal, cleaning/fueling activity vehicles, and pressure washing. Stock fire pit fuel and s'mores set up. Maintainpro-activework ethic. Assist, as needed, in Team build Activities. Follow written and verbal instructions. Detail Orientated Ability to meet or exceed Guest Expectations Know, understand and follow all Omni Corporate and department policies. Ability to perform all essential functions of a Tour Guide. Ability to safely operate tractor for hayrides. Ability to give archery lessons. Ability to lead guided Mtn. Bike Tours. Ability to participate in new activity development.
