Pool Attendant | Floating Patrol Pool Attendant /

11:30 AM - 6:00
PM Pay Rate:
$17.00 per hour We are seeking dependable and professional Pool Attendants/Floating Patrol Officers to join our team. This position is available on a full-time or part-time basis, with schedules determined based on operational needs. The primary responsibilities include monitoring the community pool, checking resident and guest badges, and conducting routine floating patrols to help maintain a safe and secure environment. Key Responsibilities Monitor the pool area to ensure compliance with community rules and safety guidelines Check resident and guest badges to verify authorized access to the pool Maintain a visible presence to promote safety and deter unauthorized activity Conduct routine floating patrols throughout designated community areas Observe and report safety hazards, suspicious activity, rule violations, or maintenance concerns Complete accurate shift reports and incident documentation Respond appropriately to incidents and notify supervisors when necessary Provide courteous and professional customer service to residents and guests Required Qualifications Previous security, customer service, or related experience preferred Ability to remain alert and attentive throughout the shift Strong observation, communication, and documentation skills Dependable, professional, and able to work independently Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions St. Moritz Security Services, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
