About CME CME operates across five divisions: Acting Production Brands & Corporate Partnerships Music Events The company also offers a four-year school focused on actor training and artist development. CME has a presence in seven major U.S. cities, as well as London and Paris. Key Responsibilities Leverage an established professional network, particularly within the Los Angeles entertainment and media market. Identify, secure, and onboard new clients. Facilitate partnerships, business opportunities, and deal execution. Generate revenue through client services including production, podcasts, commercials, films, music, acting, and event-related projects. Collaborate with internal departments to connect clients with the appropriate services and resources. Compensation Structure Fully remote position. Commission-based for the first three months, allowing candidates to demonstrate their ability to generate revenue, meet performance targets, and acquire new clients. Revenue generated through client referrals and service-based projects contributes toward performance milestones. Upon meeting established benchmarks, candidates transition to a salaried role. Growth Opportunity Once transitioned to salary, Brand Leads will be provided with a dedicated team to support project execution and client deliverables within the Brand Department, enabling them to focus on business development, relationship management, and strategic growth. Ideal Candidate Strong network within Los Angeles entertainment, media, corporate, or events sectors. Proven ability to develop business relationships and close deals. Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment. Passionate about entertainment, media, events, and talent development.
