About Keymanna Management Keymanna Management is a full-service talent and entertainment management company representing talent across music, comedy, media, and entertainment. We work with artists, personalities, creatives, brands, and organizations to develop opportunities, build audiences, and create impactful entertainment experiences. We are currently accepting applications for Talent Management, and Event Management Interns who are creative, organized, proactive, and interested in gaining hands-on experience in the entertainment business. This internship provides an opportunity to work directly with the Keymanna Management team and gain exposure to talent management, podcasting, social media, branded content, event production, marketing, and entertainment business development. Talent & Event Management Support Assist with research and administrative tasks related to talent, events, partnerships, and entertainment opportunities. Support event planning, production, guest coordination, and promotional efforts. Assist with maintaining talent, media, industry, and partner databases. Research potential business opportunities, industry contacts, venues, brands, media outlets, and partnership opportunities. Provide general support to the management team on special projects. Content & Channel Management Maintain and update content calendars. Schedule and publish content according to established timelines and brand guidelines. Write and edit social media captions with strong attention to grammar, tone, and messaging. Research and utilize relevant hashtags, tags, keywords, and platform features to increase discoverability and organic reach. Assist with Instagram Reels, Stories, TikTok videos, and other short-form content. Help ensure that all content remains consistent with the voice and positioning of Keymanna Management and its clients. What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is creative, dependable, curious, highly organized, and eager to learn. The ideal candidate has an interest in entertainment and understands that successful talent management involves much more than social media. Qualifications Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in marketing, communications, media, entertainment management, business, public relations, or a related field. Strong interest in the entertainment, music, comedy, podcasting, media, sports, film/television, or creative industries. Familiarity with Instagram and TikTok and an understanding of current social media trends. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent grammar and attention to detail. Creative thinker with the ability to develop fresh content ideas. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines. Comfortable working independently while also collaborating with a small team. Basic knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar creative tools is a plus. Previous experience managing social media, creating content, working on events, or supporting a creative project is a plus.
