Job Description
Outside Services Attendant - Part-Time Port Royal Golf & Racquet Club | Hilton Head Island, SC Port Royal Golf & Racquet Club is seeking friendly, dependable, and service-oriented Part-Time Outside Services Attendants to join our Golf Operations team. This role is essential to creating an exceptional experience for our Members and guests by providing outstanding service before, during, and after each round of golf. We are currently hiring 5-7 part-time team members with availability to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays. Multiple shifts are available, including mornings, mid-days, and afternoons. Compensation $7.25 per hour Part-time position Schedule Flexible part-time schedule Morning, mid-day, and afternoon shifts available Must be available to work weekends and holidays as business needs require Key Responsibilities Welcome Members and guests upon arrival with a friendly, professional attitude Assist with loading and unloading golf bags Clean and stage golf carts for daily play Maintain the practice facility, including picking the driving range and replenishing golf balls Keep the bag drop, cart staging area, and practice facilities clean, organized, and presentable Provide excellent customer service by assisting golfers with their needs throughout the day Support tournament and event operations as needed Follow all club safety and operational procedures Qualifications Excellent customer service and communication skills Positive attitude with a strong work ethic Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to lift and carry golf bags (up to 50 pounds) Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Golf knowledge is helpful but not required Why Join Port Royal Golf & Racquet Club?
