Full Job Description Position Overview:

Cart and Clubhouse Attendants are responsible for ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for golfers by managing golf carts, maintaining the clubhouse area, and providing customer service. This role includes greeting guests, cleaning and staging carts, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring the clubhouse is organized and welcoming. We are looking for someone available for 18-24 hours during Monday-Friday in the opening shift (7A-2P).

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet golfers and provide friendly, professional customer service.
• Ensure golf carts are clean, fully charged, and ready for use before and after each round.
• Assist golfers with loading and unloading their bags from carts.
• Manage the golf cart fleet, including monitoring the condition and maintenance needs of carts.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the clubhouse, including the front desk area, restrooms, and common spaces.
• Handle tee-time reservations and provide guests with information about course conditions, rates, and amenities.
• Assist with the check-in process, ensuring all guests have the necessary information for their round.
• Monitor golf course traffic and ensure carts are being used in accordance with course guidelines.
• Assist in maintaining the pro shop by restocking merchandise or organizing displays as needed.
• Provide basic assistance with golf equipment, such as helping with club rentals or answering product-related questions.
• Assist with cleaning and organizing the clubhouse after each event or busy period.
• Help with setting up and breaking down any special events, tournaments, or golf-related activities.
• Monitor and ensure the safety of golfers by observing the proper use of golf carts on the course.
• Assist with various tasks as assigned by the management team.

Qualifications:

• Available three to four days, Monday through Friday, 7A-2P
• Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, positive attitude.
• Ability to communicate effectively with golfers and staff.
• Basic knowledge of golf and golf course operations is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Basic problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting golf bags, cleaning carts, and standing for extended periods.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work as part of a team and collaborate with other staff members.

Work Environment:

• Outdoor and indoor work environment, with a focus on maintaining a clean and welcoming clubhouse and cart area.
• Physically demanding role, requiring lifting and walking for extended periods.
• Team-oriented atmosphere with a focus on providing excellent service to golfers and guests.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
