Job Summary Join our vibrant team as a Pool Attendant and be the cornerstone of safety, cleanliness, and exceptional customer service at our aquatic facility. In this energetic role, you will ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all guests by maintaining pool standards, enforcing safety regulations, and providing friendly assistance. Your proactive approach will help create a welcoming atmosphere where visitors can relax, have fun, and feel secure. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop leadership skills while promoting health and safety in a dynamic setting. Duties Monitor pool area continuously to enforce safety rules and regulations in compliance with local laws and facility policies. Conduct routine inspections of pool equipment, deck area, and surrounding facilities to ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper functioning. Assist guests with in-person customer service needs, including answering questions and providing directions or information about pool hours and amenities. Maintain accurate records of incidents, safety reports, and daily pool operations using report writing and data reporting skills. Handle confidential information responsibly while performing background checks on staff or vendors as needed to uphold security standards. Qualifications Proven ability to deliver exceptional in-person customer service with a positive attitude. Strong writing skills for report writing, incident documentation, and data reporting tasks.
