We're a premium indoor golf practice facility built for golfers who are serious about improving their game in a clean, modern, and welcoming environment. Every customer interaction matters, and we're looking for someone who takes pride in creating exceptional experiences. If you're dependable, personable, and appreciate professionalism, we'd love to meet you. About the Role As a Guest Experience Associate, you'll be the first impression of The Practice Lab. Your goal is to ensure every member and guest feels welcomed, valued, and excited to return. This is an ideal position for someone who enjoys golf, values organization, and understands that the little details create an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities
- Welcome every guest with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Check in customers and assist with reservations and memberships.
- Ensure every practice bay is spotless, organized, and fully prepared for the next guest.
- Restock complimentary beverages and facility supplies.
- Answer questions about memberships, pricing, and services.
- Walk the facility regularly to maintain a polished, upscale appearance
- Assist with opening and closing responsibilities.
- Support occasional member events, promotions, and social media content.

- Exceptionally punctual and reliable
- Professional in both appearance and communication
- Friendly, approachable, and confident speaking with customers
- Familiar with the game of golf and golf etiquette
- Comfortable working independently and making good decisions
- Detail-oriented with high personal standards
- Flexible to work evenings and weekends
- Coachable and eager to learnPreferred Qualifications
- Customer service, hospitality, retail, or golf industry experience
- Comfortable using technology and point-of-sale systems
