  • 6PM) Job Summary We are seeking an enthusiastic, friendly, and dependable individual to join our team as a Main Stage Usher at Anime Fiesta 2026 !
As a Main Stage Usher, you will play an important role in ensuring a smooth, enjoyable experience for attendees during panels, performances, and main stage events. Responsibilities Greet attendees warmly and provide accurate information about the panels and main stage event schedule. Assist attendees in locating their seats and navigating the main stage area. Help maintain clear walkways and organized seating arrangements. Collaborate with fellow ushers and staff to ensure smooth event operations. Report any issues, disruptions, or safety concerns to the event coordinator promptly. Requirements Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Friendly, welcoming demeanor and a strong sense of professionalism. Basic knowledge of the event layout and schedule (training provided). Ability to remain calm and helpful in a fast-paced environment. Must be available for the full duration of the event weekend (Oct. 3-5). Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or event staffing is a plus.
Basic Qualifications:
Can follow written and verbal directions. Have strong, clear communication skills. Team player, quick thinker with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly.
Schedule:
Friday-Sunday 8-10 hour shifts
