What You Will Be Doing:
Our professionals are the most important resource in our service commitment to our customers. We nurture a progressive environment where challenging, empowered, and purposeful work is celebrated. The Recreation Attendant, Guest Services, is often the first point of contact for members and guests at Champions Club and plays a key role in creating a welcoming, professional, and positive experience. This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service by greeting visitors, answering questions, responding to phone inquiries, processing memberships and program registrations, handling transactions, and assisting members with account needs. Recreation Attendants also support the daily operations of the facility by maintaining an organized front desk, providing information about Champions Club amenities and programs, and ensuring members and guests receive prompt, courteous, and accurate assistance. The Recreation Attendant, Child Watch, provides a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment for Champions Club's youngest members while their parents or guardians enjoy the facility. Team members care for children ages 6 weeks to 9 years by supervising age-appropriate activities, encouraging play and social interaction, and ensuring each child has a fun and positive experience. Responsibilities include monitoring children's safety and well-being, maintaining a clean and organized Child Watch area, communicating effectively with parents, and responding appropriately to children's individual needs. The Recreation Attendant, Parties, would assist with party setup, execution, and teardown; facilitate activities; prepare décor and supplies; ensure events run smoothly; provide a world-class customer experience; and assist the Sales team with facility tours, membership and rental sales, and general membership and sales audits.
