Customer service is at the forefront of everything we do at a country club and that is especially important for our golf operations. Job Overview Day to day operations of the golf cart fleet, maintaining the driving range, and proper management of the bag room. Staging carts at the Pro Shop, cleaning carts, and taking them to the cart storage barn for charging and essential stocking. Maintaining the driving range includes keeping the range stocked with clean range balls, placing the pyramid ball stacks in the proper location, keeping the range looking neat, and picking the range balls up routinely. In addition to these duties, customer service to the golfing members is most important. Greeting members, taking carts to them when they arrive with their golf bags, and assisting them with any questions they may have are essential responsibilities.
