Heart of the House is hiring Ushers to keep guests safe, comfortable, and in the right seats at concerts and live events across Saint Louis. If you're friendly, alert, and enjoy being part of a live show, this is a fun, active role with flexible event-based shifts. What You'll Do Greet guests and direct them to their seats Check tickets and resolve seating questions Keep aisles and walkways clear for guest safety Watch for safety concerns or disturbances and alert security promptly What We're Looking For Friendly, dependable, and comfortable talking with guests Able to stand and climb stairs for extended periods during events Usher or guest services experience is required Available to work evening/weekend event shifts Job Requirements Open and flexible availability. Must be able to communicate effectively in English with supervisors, coworkers, and event guests. Reliable transportation or dependable means of getting to work on time. Comfortable standing for extended periods. Able to scan tickets accurately. Able to assist and direct guests and provide required information. Friendly and professional attitude.

Uniform Required:

Black pants, black shoes, and a white long-sleeve button-down shirt.
