Event Logistics Assistant

EVENT ASSISTANT

•STAGE & ENTERTAINMENT

PRODUCTION

Driver as needed for main stage artists.

Serves as a concierge for SFVA ensuring Main Stage artists have necessary information on local resources if needed

Communicates with Mellowship manager on needs and schedule changes

Good communication skills to speak clearly with the public.

Friendly attitude and patience during busy rush times.

Reliable transportation to arrive at the fairgrounds on time. Working Conditions Flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
