Job Description

This position is based in our golf pro shop, delivering exceptional service to members and guests while supporting daily golf operations and retail merchandising. The position combines front-of-house hospitality with pro-shop retail responsibilities, helping create a welcoming, efficient, and well-stocked golf shop environment. This position is available August through October 31st-40 hours per week. Duties Book tee times and manage reservations using club POS/tee sheet software Greet and check in members and guests for golf play and shop purchases Deliver outstanding customer service and respond to member/guest inquiries Process retail sales, returns, and special orders accurately Merchandise and maintain apparel and golf shop displays (stocking, sizing, folding, tagging) Assist with inventory counts, receiving, and pricing of merchandise Maintain cleanliness and organization of the golf shop and check-in areas Communicate effectively with Golf Operations staff regarding tee sheet flow and daily events Support tournaments, outings, and special events as needed
Education, Experience and Training:
Prior retail, hospitality, or golf shop experience preferred
Knowledge, Skills, Ability:
Comfortable using POS systems and basic computer applications Strong interpersonal and communication skills; friendly, professional demeanor Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/lightly move merchandise Ability to lift up to 40lbs. Balancing, stooping, reaching, standing, walking, lifting, grasping, talking, and hearing. Visual acuity to perform an activity where the seeing job is at or within arm's reach.
