Position Summary:

The Operations Associate is responsible for supporting the day - to - day operations of the miniature golf course, ensuring a fun, safe, and welcoming experience for all guests. This role combines customer service, basic facility maintenance, and operational support.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests and provide a friendly, positive first impression Explain course rules, pricing, and game procedures Operate the point of sale (POS) system and handle cash/card transactions Distribute and collect equipment (golf clubs, balls, scorecards) Monitor course activity to ensure safety and smooth flow of play Maintain the cleanliness of the course, clubhouse, and surrounding areas Perform basic maintenance tasks (picking up debris, resetting obstacles, reporting repairs) Assist with opening and closing procedures Support special events, group bookings, and parties as needed Address guest questions, concerns, or issues in a timely and professional manner

Qualifications:

Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment Basic math skills for handling transactions Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Preferred qualifications (not required): Previous experience in customer service, recreation, or hospitality Experience handling cash or operating a POS system Work environment: Primarily an outdoor setting in varying weather conditions May require lifting up to 25 lbs.
