Compensation:

Base salary: $50,000 - $60,000 a year Eligible for commissions and performance bonuses Performance bonus tied to membership pre-sales, membership growth, and studio revenue.

Your Impact:

Drive membership sales and studio revenue - hit and exceed targets. Build a welcoming, high-energy environment that keeps members coming back. Recruit, train, and motivate a team that delivers five-star customer experiences.

Lead daily operations:

scheduling, staffing, and in-studio execution. Lead by example - bringing energy, accountability, and positivity to the team.

Ideal Experience:

1+ year of team management in retail, fitness, wellness, or medspa. Strong sales record—hits targets, drives KPIs, and celebrates wins. Confident with POS/software (Mindbody or similar).
