Responsibilities:
JOB SUMMARY
The Fitness Operations Attendant supports the daily operations of the Medical Fitness Center by delivering a high-quality member experience, maintaining a safe and clean environment, and ensuring efficient front desk and facility operations. This role serves as a primary point of contact for members and guests, reinforcing customer service standards while supporting medically integrated fitness programming and operational readiness across the facility.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Member Services /
Front Desk Operations:
Greet and check in members; ensure accurate attendance tracking. Assist with point-of-sale transactions and member account management using fitness software (front desk role).
Facility Operations:
Open and close facility as per department policy Maintain cleanliness and organization across facility spaces. Restock towels, cleaning wipes, and supplies.
Safety & Compliance:
Perform regular walkthroughs to identify cleanliness or safety issues. File incident reports when needed Support emergency response activities in accordance with established facility policies
Maintenance & Issue Resolution:
Coordinate with maintenance staff for repairs.
EDUCATION
High School Diploma Required Associates Preferred
EXPERIENCE 1
year, Customer service or facility operations experience Preferred 1 year, Fitness or medical fitness environment. Preferred
LICENSE AND CERTIFICATIONS
Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) - Certification, CPR/AED Required Basic Life Support (BLS) - Certification, Required We're all in for your career.
