Overview Join our dynamic team as a Team Lead / Keyholder, where your leadership and operational expertise will drive exceptional guest experiences and smooth daily operations. As a vital part of our management team, you will oversee staff, manage event venues, and ensure the highest standards of customer service. Responsibilities Lead and supervise staff to ensure seamless execution of daily operations and event services Manage shift schedules, delegate tasks, and oversee staff performance to optimize productivity Coordinate event setup, execution, and breakdown at various venues, ensuring all logistical details are handled efficiently Provide exceptional guest services by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining a welcoming environment Oversee operational management including budgeting, cash handling, and resource allocation to meet business objectives Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations through first aid and CPR readiness and operational protocols Utilize technical proficiency in Microsoft Office for report writing, staff scheduling, and operational documentation Experience Proven experience in roles or similar positions within hospitality or event management environments Demonstrated leadership with staff supervision and team management capabilities Extensive experience managing event venues or resort settings with a focus on customer service excellence Strong background in operations management, budgeting, and financial oversight including cash handling Skilled in report writing, managerial communication, and supervisory decision-making processes Familiarity with restaurant or resort experience is highly desirable Prior assistant manager or supervisory experience with a focus on shift management and guest services Embark on a rewarding journey where your leadership transforms guest experiences into lasting memories.
