(Training= 40 hours, 2 days off during the week. Once promoted M-F schedule). They create a clean, fun and friendly environment by training and motivating their staff of 10-15 employees. They also create schedules, generate revenue, update billing, keep a clean and well maintained club, all while providing great customer service. The opportunity is there to be promoted to higher management positions such as Member Service Manager, Area Manager and District Manager. They are full-time, receive paid vacation, full medical benefits, vision benefits and dental benefits. They are paid hourly, plus commissions, bonuses and receive a complimentary membership.
