As our Program Director , you'll lead and develop our team, bring our curriculum to life, and create memorable "wow" experiences for every child and family. Key Responsibilities Program Leadership:
Lead the successful delivery of classes, camps, birthday parties, marketing initiatives and events while maintaining a fun, safe, high-quality environment. Develop lesson plans, weekly themes, and program materials while monitoring class quality and student progress.
Team Leadership:
Coach, train, and support instructors through feedback, professional development, hiring, onboarding, and scheduling. Foster a positive, collaborative team culture that supports staff success and program quality.
Customer Experience:
Deliver exceptional classes and experiences by bringing our proven curriculum to life while building strong, positive relationships with children and families. Build trust with parents through excellent customer service and clear, thoughtful communication about their child's progress and experience
Operations:
Support daily gym operations by managing class schedules, waitlists, and front desk responsibilities. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe facility while supporting administrative needs. You'd Fit Right In If… You have experience in running an organization either in education, childcare, recreation, fitness, or hospitality. You genuinely love working with kids and families and creating "wow" experiences. You're a natural leader who enjoys coaching, motivating, and bringing out the best in others. You're organized, dependable, and proactive , but know when to buckle down and get things done. You're high-energy, positive, and love having fun —high-fives and goofiness encouraged! You're a team player who's always ready to learn, grow, and make a difference . You are available to work evenings and weekends when needed based on the program schedule.
