This position requires strong leadership, organization, accountability, and customer service skills. The Club Manager leads the Operations team, maintains company standards, addresses member concerns, manages staffing needs, and ensures the club operates efficiently and consistently. Key Responsibilities Oversee the overall day-to-day operations of the club. Recruit, interview, hire, train, coach, and develop employees. Create and maintain employee schedules while monitoring attendance, punctuality, overtime, and adequate coverage.. Lead by example and maintain a positive, professional work environment. Deliver excellent customer service and ensure members are greeted and assisted in a friendly and professional manner. Address and resolve member questions, complaints, and concerns appropriately. Handle member and employee incidents while ensuring proper documentation and follow-up. Maintain club cleanliness, organization, presentation, and overall facility standards. Conduct regular club walkthroughs and communicate facility or maintenance needs. Ensure safety procedures and operational requirements are consistently followed. Complete required daily administrative tasks, reports, audits, deposits, and compliance checks accurately and on time.. Partner with other departments, including Sales, Personal Training, and Facilities, to support overall club performance. Communicate company updates, expectations, goals, and areas of opportunity to the team. Coach employees on customer service, productivity, professionalism, and overall job performance.
