We offer a supportive environment where clients can heal and rebuild their lives. We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Wellness Manager to join our team. The Wellness Manager will be responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing recreational and therapeutic activities for our clients. This role is crucial in helping clients develop healthy habits, build social skills, and find joy in their recovery process.

Key Responsibilities:

Plans, facilitates, and evaluates client outings and expeditions striving to continually improve the client experience. Responsible for the program schedule and content as well as coordinating resources. Develop and implement a variety of recreational and therapeutic activities tailored to the needs of clients. Supervise and guide clients during activities, ensuring a safe and supportive environment. Collaborate with clinical staff to integrate activities into clients' treatment plans. Maintain accurate records of activities and client participation. Provide feedback and support to clients, encouraging their progress and engagement. Coordinate with community organizations to arrange special events and outings. Train and supervise activity assistants.

Qualifications:

Wilderness First Aid (or Wilderness First Responder) preferred Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an addiction recovery or mental health setting. Strong organizational and leadership skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
