Assistant General Manager•
Kids Fitness & Youth Programs Location:
8180 Wiles Rd, Coral Springs, FL 33067 |
Pay:
$50,000
  • 60,000+ per year + bonus | Full-time Job Summary KidStrong Coral Springs is seeking an energetic, hands-on Assistant General Manager to help lead our kids' fitness center across sales, operations, team development, and member experience.
The ideal candidate has 1+ year of experience in leadership, management, sales, customer service, operations, coaching, or a related field and enjoys working with children, families, and teams. Qualifications
  • Assistant Manager (Kids Fitness & Youth Programs) 1+ year of experience in leadership, management, sales, customer service, operations, coaching, or a related field Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment Ability to support membership sales, growth, and customer retention Experience working with children, fitness, education, athletics, or coaching is preferred Ability to work the required 5-day schedule, including 1 weekend day Ability to remain active throughout the day, demonstrate physical activities, and lift up to 50 pounds when needed CPR and First Aid certification preferred; can be obtained after hire Responsibilities•Assistant General Manager (Kids Fitness & Youth Programs) Partner with the General Manager to lead daily center operations and team performance Lead, coach, and develop team members while supporting recruiting and training Support membership sales by engaging prospective members, conducting tours, and following up with leads Help drive membership growth, retention, customer satisfaction, and overall center performance Support scheduling, community outreach, and local marketing efforts Coach approximately 1-5 classes per week and model the KidStrong experience Maintain high standards for program quality, safety, cleanliness, and member experience Create an energetic, welcoming environment for kids, families, and staff Step in wherever needed to support the team and successful operation of the center Schedule 40 hours per week, 5 days per week 2 weekdays: ~8:30 AM-4:30 PM 2 weekdays: ~11:30 AM-7:30 PM 1 weekend day: ~8:00 AM-4:00 PM Weekend day will be Saturday or Sunday based on the center's needs Benefits & Perks $50,000•60,000+ base salary + bonus opportunities Health, dental & vision insurance 401(k) with company matching Paid time off Professional development & career advancement opportunities Positive, team-oriented work environment About KidStrong At KidStrong, our mission is to help parents build smarter, stronger, more athletic kids—with character .
