Summary:

Manages utilization management supporting medical necessity, determine appropriate level of care, and resource utilization, and evaluates the need for services for continuity of care and denial prevention. Assess, evaluate, and coordinate for safe and appropriate discharge planning needs in compliance with state and federal regulatory requirements, TJC accreditation standards, and policies.
