Pool Construction Site Manager

Aqua Oasis Pool Construction is hiring an experienced Pool Construction Site Manager to oversee custom pool construction projects from start to finish. We are looking for someone with direct pool construction experience who understands the full construction process and knows how to lead crews in the field. This position requires a strong job site leader who can manage daily construction activity, coordinate crews and subcontractors, keep projects moving on schedule, and make sure every phase of the build meets company standards. This is not an entry level position. Applicants must have experience managing pool construction job sites and running a crew.

Responsibilities:

Manage daily operations on pool construction job sites Run and coordinate construction crews and subcontractors Oversee all phases of pool construction, including layout, excavation, steel, plumbing, shotcrete, tile, coping, decking, equipment installation, and final completion Read and understand construction plans, layouts, measurements, and project details Keep projects on schedule and communicate delays or issues quickly Make sure crews are completing work correctly and according to company standards Inspect job site progress and quality throughout each phase of construction Coordinate materials, equipment, and job site needs ahead of each phase Communicate professionally with homeowners, office staff, sales and design team, owners, crews, and subcontractors Document job progress with photos, notes, and updates Handle job site issues and help solve problems in the field Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites Assist with punch list items and final project completion

Requirements:

Pool construction experience is required Pool construction site management experience is required Experience running or leading a crew is required Strong understanding of pool construction phases and sequencing Ability to read plans, measurements, and layouts Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to manage subcontractors and hold crews accountable Strong problem solving skills in the field Valid driver's license Reliable transportation Ability to work outdoors in Florida weather Must be dependable, organized, and detail oriented

Preferred Experience:

Gunite or shotcrete pool construction experience Pool plumbing experience Pool equipment installation knowledge Experience with tile, coping, decking, and pool finishes Experience coordinating inspections and punch list items Knowledge of Hayward pool equipment is a plus
