Approximately $110,000+ Paid vacation Paid holidays Company vehicle (for business use) Company phone Opportunities for advancement as the company continues to grow About the Position We are seeking an experienced, motivated Swimming Pool Operations Manager / Senior Mechanic to oversee daily field operations while serving as our lead equipment repair and troubleshooting expert. This is a leadership position for someone who enjoys solving technical problems, managing maintenance techs, improving systems, and delivering exceptional customer service. The right candidate will play a key role in growing one of the premier pool service companies in the Florida Keys. Responsibilities Manage daily service routes and technician scheduling Supervise and mentor maintenance technicians Diagnose and repair pool equipment, plumbing, automation systems, heaters, pumps, filters, and salt systems Perform equipment installations and system upgrades Troubleshoot complex service issues Ensure all work meets company quality standards Manage inventory and equipment ordering Assist with customer estimates and repair proposals Coordinate warranty work with manufacturers Improve operational efficiency and profitability Maintain excellent customer relationships Help train new employees and develop company procedures Support business growth initiatives Qualifications 8 years verifiable professional swimming pool mechanic experience. 5 years verifiable management experience.
