We're seeking an experienced Senior Pool Construction Project Manager who takes pride in delivering projects with excellence and wants to help build one of Florida's premier luxury pool companies. Responsibilities Manage multiple pool construction projects Coordinate subcontractors Coordinate inspections Ensure quality workmanship throughout every construction phase Conduct daily jobsite inspections Maintain schedules Resolve field issues quickly Communicate with homeowners Maintain accurate project documentation Work closely with ownership and office staff Maintain company quality standards Perform Warranty Work Perform Pool Equipment Startup Qualifications 5+ years pool construction project management experience Luxury residential pool construction experience preferred Ability to read plans Excellent leadership skills Strong communication skills Detail-oriented Problem solver Comfortable managing multiple projects Bilingual English/Spanish preferred Valid driver's license We're Looking For Someone Who...
