Burn Boot Camp

FULL-TIME TRAINER + LEADERSHIP ROLE

Job Description

Are you an experienced fitness professional who can coach at a high level AND help grow a fitness business? We're looking for a Full-Time Trainer & Leader to join our team supporting our Burn Boot Camp Largo + Palm Harbor locations. This is a significant opportunity for the right person to step into a role with coaching, leadership, community growth, and business development responsibilities.

THE ROLE

As a full-time team member, you will be responsible for approximately 25 camps per week, primarily across our early morning and evening schedules, while also taking on leadership responsibilities that help elevate our coaching team, member experience, and overall growth. We are specifically looking for someone who has a proven ability to grow a gym or fitness business and can effectively implement results-focused strategies that get more people in our community to know, experience, and LOVE Burn Boot Camp.

YOU'RE A GREAT FIT IF YOU

Have an active, valid CPT certification Have current CPR certification Have significant large-group fitness coaching experience Possess advanced knowledge of exercise physiology, human movement, and training principles Can confidently provide safe and appropriate modifications for injuries, limitations, and different fitness levels Bring BIG energy, enthusiasm, and an outgoing personality to every camp Are a high-functioning multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment Are confident coaching and motivating a diverse range of members Are comfortable providing nutritional guidance to help members maximize their results Have a proven track record of helping grow a gym, fitness business, or community Understand how to turn strategy into measurable growth — awareness, leads, conversions, member engagement, retention, and community presence Can build relationships both inside and outside the gym Are excited about helping more people discover what makes Burn Boot Camp different

LEADERSHIP RESPONSIBILITIES

Beyond coaching 25 camps per week, this role will help drive the success of our locations through areas such as: Coaching team development & accountability Member experience & retention Community outreach and partnerships Lead generation & conversion strategies Local marketing initiatives Events and community engagement Helping create raving fans of Burn Boot Camp Supporting the implementation of growth-focused initiatives Identifying opportunities to increase our impact in the local community Burn Boot Camp Largo

+ Palm Harbor Full-Time | ~25 Camps/Week

$24.30 - $29.26 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 - 40.0 per week
