POSITION DESCRIPTION

We're looking for someone who is highly self-motivated and equally talented. This position requires attention to detail in a fast moving, live entertainment capacity. We are looking for an experienced event production professional to oversee all aspects of production and operation for live events and activations.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the development, production and execution of all aspects of live events, marketing activations and entertainment projects as assigned
• Develop operational plans and SOPs to support the efficient and successful execution of productions and projects
• Hire, train and manage operational teams
• Provide detailed tracking and reporting of attendance, revenues and expenses
• Build and manage budgets to ensure financial responsibility and profitability
• Work closely with clients, outside vendors and internal team on large-scale projects to support overall production and lead select elements of assigned project(s)
• Manage project timelines, develop and implement executable plans, including production schedules
• Oversee event operations on-site and direct staff, contractors and vendors to achieve flawless execution
• Serve as both client-and-guest-facing representative, providing excellent customer and client service and upholding the values and standards of the Company at all times
• This is a high-pressure job with long hours and requires a dedicated professional who is willing to roll-up their sleeves and give 100% at all times. Flexibility in personal schedule is a must (including Holidays and Weekends)
• Other duties as deemed necessary or as directed

QUALIFICATIONS

• College degree or equivalent experience required
• Minimum three-to-five years of event and/or live entertainment experience
• Willingness to travel as needed
• Hospitality experience a plus
• Strong project management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and other Microsoft Office applications required, with a special emphasis on Excel
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator and/or SketchUp a plus
• Client focus with attention to detail, flexibility and accountability for results
• Ability to build consensus and cultivate relationships
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written comprehension and communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and maintain a calm demeanor in a stressful environment
• Strong leadership skills with an ability to motivate staff and support senior staff

United States Pay:

$55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
