Overview Join the dynamic Club|Studio of Miami team as a Personal Training Lead Manager, where you will lead and inspire a team of dedicated fitness professionals to deliver exceptional personal training services. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape fitness programs, foster client relationships, and drive business growth within Miami's newest and hottest health club. Responsibilities Drive daily sales, marketing and leads initiatives that increase revenue, improve efficiency, and support long‑term business growth. Oversee daily operations of the personal training department, ensuring high standards of service delivery and client satisfaction Recruit, train, and mentor personal trainers to enhance their coaching skills, technical knowledge, and customer service capabilities Develop personalized workout plans tailored to individual client needs, incorporating biomechanics, anatomy, and physiology principles Monitor trainer performance through regular evaluations, providing constructive feedback and ongoing professional development opportunities Manage client relationships by building rapport, communicating effectively, and ensuring clients remain motivated and engaged in their fitness journey Coordinate fitness programs that include program design, body mechanics analysis, nutrition guidance, and injury prevention strategies Requirements Must hold a current, accredited personal training certification or a bachelor's degree in an exercise‑related field. Proven sales experience, specifically in personal training or fitness membership sales Strong ability to convert leads, close consultations, and drive daily revenue Proven experience in sports coaching, personal training, or fitness industry roles with a strong background in biomechanics and anatomy knowledge Demonstrated ability to create personalized workout plans that incorporate physiology insights and body mechanics principles Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate clients and build lasting rapport Experience teaching physical education or coaching in a gym or health club setting preferred Strong sales skills with a focus on fitness customer service to promote programs and retain clients Knowledge of fitness industry standards including program design, heavy lifting techniques, nutrition advice, and client safety protocols Join us to lead a passionate team dedicated to transforming lives through fitness!
