Task Force Fitness Club Manager Gulf Coast Fitness Management, Inc., is the newest division of Gulf Coast companies. The main function of the Task Force Manager is to serve as an interim club manager during vacancies, new club openings, or additional support to a current club manager. This role will support the day-to-day operations of Gulf Coast according to set policies, procedures, and business practices. This person may be responsible for the supervision of the Assistant General Manager, and all front desk customer service, maintenance, and fitness training personnel of a club and is accountable for achieving the desired goals and expectations of Gulf Coast and Planet Fitness. This role will have varied assignments, and individuals must have the ability to travel amongst various club locations on a routine basis. This position reports directly to the Regional Manager or President. The ideal candidate will have proven management experience in a fitness, gym or similar environment. You must possess strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team in a fast-paced environment. Honesty and integrity must be paramount in all that you do.
