Job Description

MA Fitness is a unique fitness studio looking for someone who has a passion for fitness Our membership is currently strong and stable but we are looking to move into the next era with the right person. You must have the following to start:
  • A passion for fitness and training people in groups, interacting with many different types of people
  • Enjoy creating posts on social media and coming up with creative ideas for training, gear and promotion
  • Lives an obvious lifestyle of fitness and health and can market that show lifestyle proof through social media, physical ability and lead by example
  • Able to identify sales opportunities with our programs for people who need nutrition, fitness, self defense or other plans.
  • Bring skills in group training but is willing to to learn fitness kickboxing the MAF way for conditioning and teaching. We do not train fighters here. We work with general population fitness seekers looking to transform their workouts and bodies. The right person will understand that
  • Is detail oriented and has an authentic way of communication.
Can be confident leading a team of instructors and working. Managing schedules and software is a major key. Controls inventory and builds curriculum/programming, collaborating with other staff members Please apply and consider a cover letter to explain why you should be chosen for an interview
Position:
Full Time Studio Operations Manager and Coach Hours:
Mon-Fri (7am
  • 10:00am) & Evening (4pm
  • 7:30pm OR earlier close) Alternating Saturday morning (7am-10am) Training is provided in all phases of the job with continued learning in business procedures and more.
You will have direct training from the fitness professionals who have operated it successfully for over 15 years Closed or 1 class holidays: Labor Day, July 4th, Memorial Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Christmas Week, New Year's Eve Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the group fitness studio, ensuring a welcoming environment for all members. Develop and implement engaging fitness programs, including kickboxing, strength, and other training classes. Train and mentor other fitness instructors, providing guidance on teaching techniques and class management (We have a team of 10-12 instructors) Monitor member satisfaction and feedback to enhance service quality. Manage scheduling, staffing, and marketing efforts to promote studio offerings effectively. Ensure compliance with health and safety standards within the facility.
