Southern Pool Designs, a nationally recognized Top 50 Pool Builder , is looking for a driven Project Manager to lead luxury custom pool projects across Central Florida. This is not a desk job. You will own your projects from excavation through final completion, keep subcontractors moving, protect quality and deliver an exceptional customer experience. What you'll own Jobsite quality, scheduling and subcontractor accountability Frequent site visits and fast resolution of field issues Proactive, professional customer communication Weekly updates, photos, notes and accurate CRM/JobTread records Inspections, material coordination, change orders and closeout Keeping every project organized, moving and profitable What we expect Strong construction management experience; pool experience preferred Excellent organization, urgency and follow-through Confidence managing trades and high-expectation homeowners Complete CRM compliance. If it is not documented, it did not happen Ownership mentality with no excuses and no waiting to be reminded Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout Central Florida SPD is a fast-moving, ambitious team building some of Florida's most exciting outdoor spaces. You will have support and opportunity, but you will also be held to a high standard.

$80,000.00 per year
