The club will feature state-of-the-art racquet facilities, a member clubhouse, a bespoke restaurant concept, resort-style pool, fitness pavilion, recovery center, and event lawn, all set within an elevated, resort-style environment Position Overview Court Club is seeking an exceptional Director of Racquet Sports to lead and elevate all tennis, padel, and pickleball programming. This individual will shape the club's racquet culture, deliver world-class member experiences, and establish Court Club as a premier racquet destination with hospitality at its foundation. The ideal candidate is an accomplished racquet professional with exceptional leadership skills, a hospitality mindset, and a passion for building community. This role will oversee programming, operations, coaching staff, member engagement, and strategic growth from pre-opening through full operation. Key Responsibilities Programming & Member Experience Develop and oversee all tennis, padel, and pickleball programming. Create a dynamic calendar of clinics, leagues, tournaments, exhibitions, camps, junior programming, and social events. Deliver exceptional member experiences that foster participation, community, and retention. Evaluate participation, member feedback, and programming performance to continuously enhance offerings. Leadership & Hospitality Recruit, hire, develop, and mentor racquet professionals and support staff. Foster a culture of hospitality, professionalism, and service excellence. Build strong member relationships while serving as a visible ambassador for the club. Establish departmental standards, operating procedures, and staff training. Events & Club Engagement Lead signature tournaments, exhibitions, member socials, and special events. Partner with Membership, Events, and Marketing teams to support member acquisition, engagement, and retention. Showcase Court Club's racquet program as a defining element of the member experience. Operations & Strategic Growth Manage court scheduling, staffing, and daily racquet operations. Monitor court utilization, budgets, revenue, and departmental performance. Assist leadership in developing the long-term vision and growth strategy for racquet sports. Qualifications 7+ years of leadership experience in racquet sports, private clubs, luxury hospitality, or resort environments. Expertise in one or more racquet disciplines with strong knowledge of tennis, padel, and pickleball programming. Proven experience developing successful racquet programs, events, and coaching teams. Strong hospitality mindset with exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Entrepreneurial approach with experience building or growing premium racquet programs. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and special events. Preferred Qualifications USPTA, PTR, PPR, RSPA, or equivalent certifications. Experience in pre-opening clubs, luxury resorts, or private membership environments. Existing network within the tennis, padel, and pickleball communities. Compensation:

$125,000-$175,000 including a performance based bonus.
