The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for tennis, ensuring an exceptional experience for all students. This role involves managing staff, lesson planning, and maintaining the overall functionality of the program. Duties Supervise and train staff, ensuring high levels of customer service and employee orientation. Manage daily operations including lesson planning, maintaining equipment, and inventory management. Provide leadership in resolving any issues or concerns raised by students, parents, and other coaches. Requirements Multilingual abilities are a plus to effectively communicate with diverse clientele. Excellent leadership qualities with prior experience in coaching and supervising teams.
