Job Description

Overview Elite Fitness is seeking a dynamic and energetic Gym Manager to lead our Lisbon location! This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a lively environment, excels at managing a team, and is dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences. As the Gym Manager, you will oversee daily operations, coordinate schedules, and ensure the smooth running of all aspects of the gym. Responsibilities Lead and supervise all gym operations, ensuring high standards of service and safety are maintained at all times Manage staff schedules, assign shifts, and oversee shift management to optimize coverage and efficiency Coordinate fitness classes and promotional activities to enhance member engagement and retention Oversee guest services, addressing member inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a welcoming environment Handle cash transactions, manage financial reports, and maintain accurate record writing for daily operations Supervise customer service efforts to ensure members receive personalized attention and support their fitness goals Monitor facility cleanliness, equipment maintenance, and safety protocols to uphold a top-tier environment Skills Proven management experience with strong leadership qualities Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Strong report writing abilities for documentation of incidents, operational reports, and performance metrics Supervising experience with the ability to motivate teams and foster a positive work atmosphere Competence in shift management, cash handling, and ensuring compliance with safety standards Compensation based on experience, comprehensive benefits package for full time employment.
Pay:
$15.00 - $22.00 per hour
