Job Description
Teaches football fundamentals and player development. Creates a positive, safe, and respectful team culture. Models sportsmanship, character, and leadership. Communicates effectively with players, parents, and staff. Conducts organized, purposeful practices. Prioritizes athlete safety and proper technique. Supports the goals and philosophy of the overall football program. Builds positive relationships with students and families. Demonstrates professionalism, reliability, and preparation. Follows all school and athletic policies and expectations. Located 20 minutes from Cedar Rapids and 25 minutes from Iowa City.
