POSITION SUMMARY
The Fitness Director has overall responsibility for effectively managing and implementing all club fitness-related protocols.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS INCLUDE
Annual salary, based on relevant experience to the role. Full-time hours. Full benefits package.
PTO. 401K
with dollar for dollar match up to 4%. Complimentary club membership. Discounts on club products and services.
QUALIFICATIONS
Ability to train and educate new and existing staff in all areas of Fitness Department procedures Possess a thorough understanding of Fitness Department as defined by company standards Comprehensive knowledge of all facility operational, sales, management systems Proficient in the use of all software programs that are utilized at the facility Possess thorough understanding of, implement and enforce company policies If training, a current certification that is nationally recognized in the "Personal Trainer" or "Fitness Trainer" or "Nutrition" category CPR Certification For more information about Villa Sport, please visit our website at www.villasport.com.
