Help fuel our amazing growth! Anytime Fitness is seeking a highly motivated Assistant Club Manager who's passionate about health and fitness and loves inspiring others. The ideal candidate is energetic, personable, and a true team player — someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys connecting with people both inside and outside the club. You'll play a key role in driving membership growth, creating an exceptional member experience, and supporting a fun, high-energy team culture. What You'll Do Membership Sales Use our proven system to help guests overcome obstacles and start their fitness journey. When done right, it doesn't feel like "sales" — you're simply helping people take that first step toward better health. Club Marketing Think creatively! From community events to social media and "guerilla" marketing, you'll help spread the word about our club and what makes us special. Community Involvement Be an active part of the local community through Chamber events, partnerships, and local initiatives — sometimes even on weekends. Networking & Wellness Outreach Build relationships with local businesses and organizations to promote wellness and drive new membership opportunities. Team Support Work closely with trainers and staff to foster teamwork, accountability, and a positive club culture. Member Experience Create an environment members love — one that inspires them to show up, stay consistent, and bring their friends along. What We're Looking For Outgoing, energetic, and self-motivated personality Comfortable making calls and engaging with potential members Passion for fitness and helping others succeed Flexible availability (see staffed hours below) At least 18 years old with a valid driver's license
