$45k yearly + commission Pickleball Programming Director Grow the Game. Grow Participation. Build the Community. We are seeking an experienced and energetic Pickleball Programming Director to lead the development, promotion, and growth of our pickleball programs. This role combines pickleball expertise with sales, program development, team leadership, and community engagement . The ideal candidate is passionate about pickleball, enjoys working with people, and is motivated by growing participation and revenue through engaging programs and exceptional player experiences. What You'll Do Develop and oversee pickleball programs for players of all ages and skill levels. Create and promote clinics, leagues, camps, tournaments, junior programs, private lessons, and special events. Drive program enrollment, participation, and revenue through proactive sales and promotion. Build relationships with members, players, prospects, and the local community to increase program participation. Promote upcoming programs through member outreach, social media, events, and community partnerships. Identify opportunities to increase repeat participation, lesson sales, and program enrollment. Recruit, train, schedule, mentor, and evaluate coaching staff. Establish coaching and programming standards to ensure a consistent, high-quality player experience. Monitor program performance, enrollment, and revenue and make adjustments to improve results. Work closely with operations and marketing teams to support membership and overall facility growth. Serve as an enthusiastic ambassador for pickleball and the facility within the community. Qualifications Previous experience coaching pickleball players at various skill levels. Strong sales, communication, and relationship-building skills. Experience developing or promoting sports, fitness, recreation, or community programs preferred. Strong leadership and team development skills. Knowledge of pickleball rules, techniques, and strategy. Comfortable promoting programs and asking for the sale. Pickleball coaching certification preferred (PPR Level 1 and/or Level 2). CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain within 60 days. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, instruct, and actively participate on court for extended periods.
