We have openings for a club level manager in North Indianapolis. The role would involve sales, marketing, recruiting, training and developing the fitness team. Pay is competitive and performance based, and this position offers a unique opportunity to develop skills and work in the fitness industry. Duties Lead, manage, and motivate a team of fitness professionals to deliver outstanding client service and help our clients achieve maximum results. Recruit, interview, onboard, and train new staff to build a high-performing team Oversee sales, marketing and training data to ensure the highest possible number of clients served. Maintain accurate records of client sessions, progress reports, and departmental metrics using management software Promote personal training to both new and existing members. Foster a positive customer service environment by addressing client inquiries, feedback, and concerns promptly Implement sales strategies and innovate and implement new ones. Basic Qualifications Management experience within a fitness or sales environment. Both preffered. Strong knowledge of personal training techniques, and a passion for helping people reach their fitness goals. Ability in recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and developing staff members with experience preffered.
