Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Pool Project Manager to work on and assist in overseeing complex residential swimming pool and backyard construction projects from inception to completion. This role offers an exciting opportunity to learn from our Construction Manager with 35+ years of experience, running the pool construction crew, and ensure we continue to provide the attention to detail we are known for. The ideal candidate will be a skilled craftsman, bring a proactive approach to keeping the crews working efficiently, and a passion for delivering high-quality projects on time. Duties Lead the planning, and execution of highly integrated complex residential swimming pools, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and attention to detail. Review construction plans, schematics, and blueprints to ensure accuracy and compliance with design specifications. Ensure all construction activities comply with local building codes and safety standards. Qualifications Proven experience in residential concrete swimming pool construction. Ability to learn details from the Construction Manager, and teach details to others. Extensive knowledge of pool construction techniques and project coordination strategies. Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately. Excellent leadership skills with experience managing diverse teams on active construction sites. Proficient in equipment operation including Tracked Skid Steer Loader, Mini Excavator, Mini skid steer loader as well as Power and hand tools.
