  • Works alongside Lead manager and Coordinators creating schedules, filling out log books, figuring out rotations, and keeping head guard and other guards working professionally.
also uses online applications to record checklists, schedules, reprimands, and opening and closing. Maintains the pool filter and pump rooms, and works with chemicals to keep the pool clean and up to DPH standards daily. Mentors staff, also cleans facilities as needed. This is a supervisory roll.
