We are currently seeking a full-time Duvall-Specific CQI Manager to support our state correctional facilities in the Baltimore, Maryland area. The Pre- Trial CQI Manager helps formulate and design Continuous Quality Improvement Policies and Procedures, acts as liaison to compliance auditors and other external regulatory agencies. This person provides guidance, support and consultative functions to CQI and other professional staff. They develop and implement staff training to conduct site specific CQI studies and ensure the monitoring and trending of Performance Indicators on a monthly basis. This person helps provide system analysis to promote "best practice" in the delivery of patient care. Bachelor's degree or higher in Health Sciences, Social Science, Program Management, Public Administration or related field Experience in quality improvement and quality assurance which includes evaluating the quality of services, identifying problems and needs and recommending corrective action and improvements to ensure compliance with applicable laws, policies, procedures and standards Experience in ensuring compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards for behavioral health care delivery Experience in developing policies or procedures At least two years' leadership experience overseeing/coordinating the work of a multidisciplinary team Two years' experience providing comprehensive psychological services preferred Must show current tuberculosis documentation, must be appropriately certified in first aid, Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) / Basic Life Support (BLS), and automated external defibrillator (AED) use Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check
