You'll lead a team of Pilates and mind-body instructors, grow participation and revenue, develop innovative programming, and help more people experience the benefits of movement, wellness and community. You'll have the opportunity to shape the future of an established Pilates and Mind Body programme across multiple fitness locations, working alongside an experienced leadership team in an organisation whose purpose is improving the health and wellbeing of its community. We're looking for someone who enjoys combining commercial thinking with exceptional people leadership. What You'll Be Doing Lead, coach and develop a team of Pilates and Mind Body instructors Drive programme growth through member engagement, referrals and lead conversion Increase client retention and overall programme revenue Monitor key performance metrics and coach the team to achieve ambitious goals Develop new workshops, classes and community wellness initiatives Partner with Membership, Personal Training and Group Fitness teams to grow participation Deliver an outstanding member experience through exceptional service and programming Maintain high operational, safety and quality standards across all programmes What We're Looking For You'll ideally bring: At least one year working actively as a Certified Pilates and/or Reformer Trainer. Proven experience hiring, supporting and retaining top performing Pilates Trainers. Proven track record in leading teams to achieve revenue goals in a fast paced and competitive environment.
