As Club Manager (CM) will be responsible for the oversight of gym operations to ensure an exceptional \"Judgement Free\" member experience as well as a financially successful club. The Club Manager will be accountable for leading a team of employees in a positive, motivating manner with continuous assistance in employee training and development. Reports To Regional Manager Essential Duties and Responsibilities Create and maintain a culture of positivity and motivation within the club for the benefit of the Team Members and customers. Create and maintain a friendly welcoming atmosphere for all Team Members, members, prospective members and guests and ensure Team Members follow superior customer service guidelines. Provide 1 service. Keep clubs spotlessly clean. Recruit, hire, train and develop a high-performing club Team Members. Payroll Staff Management Qualifications/Requirements Superior customer service skills, preferably in the fitness industry Experience working as an Assistant Manager at Planet Fitness preferred Exceptional leadership, diplomacy and listening skills Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Suite) Hard working, enthusiastic and energetic. Strong problem resolution skills Current CPR Certification recommended Must be 18 years of age or older Must be punctual Must have the ability to be constantly on call on an immediate as needed basis Employees at a franchise location are employed by the Franchisee and are not employees of PFHQ (the Franchisor).
